    Customer Service

    I would like to buy wholesale candle supplies and soap making supplies, is that possible? 
    You have come to the right place. Our customers include hobby to businesses alike. The larger the quantity, the more discount applies for bulk orders. If you are after specific requirements, please don't hesitate to contact us and we can tailor a quote for you.

    I live in Sydney, do I have the option to pick up my order from the warehouse in Rhodes? 
    Of course! We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with our warehouse closing at 4:30pm. If you intend on visiting us, drop us a quick email to let us know and to minimise any waiting time. Candle Supply is located on the corner of Cavell Ave & Averill Street, Rhodes NSW.

    Where can I park if come to visit your showroom?
    Parking is available at the side of the building on Cavel Avenue and there are driveways on both streets. If you have trouble finding parking, just let us - we are always flexible with our customers to ensure you find parking.

    Shipping Information

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Once an order has been received and payment has been processed, we generally pack orders the following day. During peak periods such as long weekends and the lead up to Christmas, there may be a delay, but this should never be more than a day.     Will I receive confirmation of my order? 
    An order confirmation will be sent through to the email that has been entered. If you did not receive this, your email may have been input incorrectly, or the confirmation may have gone into your spam folder. If this is the case, please call the office on +61 2 8741 4000 and we can help you out.

    What payment options are available? 
    Secure payments made via our credit card payments gateway is processed via NAB Bank and is our preferred form of payment. We also accept Direct Debit and Paypal payments for all online transactions. If you are visiting our warehouse in Rhodes, payment by cash is also possible.
