- Can you explain the CDN numbers please. What is the difference between CD
N 12 and CDN18 for example. - Hi Di, The difference is in the thickness and can be in the weave as each wick is designed for different diameter jars CDN12 is designed for a smaller Jar than the CDN 18. The recommended wick size is in the more info section for each jar. CS

- I have recently recieved the starter pack. When I am burning the candles the wick doesn't seem to burn down enough (especially on the small jars). I have trimmed it to the recommended length but still need to blow out the candle to shorten the wick after 2-3 hours burn time. What can I do to fix this?
- Hi Robyn. This is normal for all candles, we recommend burning for 2 to 3 hours then blow out or dip the wick (Push the wick into the liquid wax to extinguish) pull up then trim and re-light. Wick dippers are great for this. CS
