Credit Card Gateway: Secure Payment

Our Credit Card payment gateway is now provided by Shopify Payments, a world wide secure payment gateway. Customers can now elect to use the Shop Pay express checkout option, which provides a safe and secure process to save their payment and address details for faster express checkout, saving time while not compromising on security. The ShopPay express checkout is offered globally on the Shopify platform and utilises the latest security encryption and ensures a safe and secure credit card processing environment. Please note: no customer payment details are captured or stored on the candle Supply website

Order Verification:

Your Security is our Priority Candle Supply reserves the right to verify orders that are placed in your name are not fraudulent. We have normal security measures in place for all online transactions as well as confirming new transactions where shipping and billing information are different. One of our Customer Service representatives will call to verify if we cannot verify the order within 2 to 3 days we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment to the credit card.

PayPal:

By selecting the PayPal option for payments, and clicking "Complete Order", customers will be redirected to the PayPal system to either log into their Paypal Account, or checkout as  guest using your credit card details on the PayPal payments gateway. Please note: once in the PayPal system you will complete the order/payments process there before returning to the Candle Supply system. If customers want to return to the Checkout before completing the payment, customers will need to select the option at the bottom of the page to "Cancel and return to Candle Supply"
