Common Uses: The health benefits of lemon oil can be attributed to its stimulating, calming, carminative, anti-infection, astringent, detoxifying, antiseptic, disinfectant, sleep inducing, and antifungal properties. Lemon Oilcan be used in oil blends as a top note. It blends well with Lavender and other citrus essential oils. Lemon oil can equally be used as a ‘BLEND ENHANCER’. Enhancers are essential oils that are capable of slightly modifying the blend without consuming it. They are pleasant aromas and can be used in quantities as large as 50%.

Product Description

Botanical Name: Citrus limonum
Extraction Method: Cold press

Colour: Pale yellow to deep yellow
Odour: Characteristic lemon citrus

Please note, not all essential oils work well in candles. We highly suggest testing of wax/oil mixtures. Essential oils like fragrances, due to their raw materials, can discolour the wax. This is normal, hence we recommend testing with small quantities first.
