Hi Kahlo, very sorry to see you having trouble with placing the small tumbler jars in the inner liner and thanks for bringing it to our attention, please dont forget that you can call our customer service team any time during business hours for help like this. We are working on adding some instructions on the website to make this easier, however in the mean time here is a basic guide to fitting the jars
The inner liner was made with the dip in the top of the cut out to ensure the jars are held stable during transport, without this the jars would be quite loose in the box
When placing the jars it is important to place the top in the cut out first, then slide the jar up and down until the bottom is in the closest position to push through the cut out, then puch the bottom through the cut out quickly.
So in short, Top in first, then position the jar and quickly push the Bottom in second, hope this helps
