    Hi Tom, hopefully you have contacted our customer service team before adding this review and detailed exactly what is the problem with the thermometer, because we really need to know if there are issues with our products so that we can address them with the suppliers
    Of course we import and sell 10's of thousands of these thermometers and is is inevitable that there may be a few that have issues and not reflective of the quality of the product

    i used it along with other items i purchased from you and it worked as it should so much that i made a few soaps. these are currently curing and with that i will make some more in the future and trying out different soap recipes to which the thermometer will come into use again...thank you for your help and good delivery of the goods...Keith Hasler
